Highway system

The Syan highway network has two parts, the o'biaa-baana (shown in yellow) and the

o'biaa-baana-isala (shown in orange). The o'biaa-baana are numbered in ascending order from west to east and island to island. The o'biaa-baana-isala are labelled with the first part being the name of the biaa-baana they connect to and the second part being numbered in ascending order from north to south.

This map also shows the road tunels that connect the five islands (shown in pink).

High-speed Rail network

The Syan high-speed railway network (ran by the company ydaaama) was built mostly in the first half of the 1990s with expansions made on Ilaana-maraas Island in the late 2010s. The trains that operate these services travel at speeds that average around 220mph and conect every city in Syana as well as 26 large towns along their routes.

This is different from the regular Syan railway network, which connects every city, large town and other smaller towns and villages. However, regular train services are much slower and do not run trains that travel across the entire nation.
